Ayana Farms

Over 300 acres of farmhouses make up the gated community of Ayana farms in Narsapur. The community has more than 350 farmhouse Plots with top-notch amenities in the middle of Narsapur's dense forest. The development strategy of the whole community was its location itself. In order to preserve the existing ecosystem and give the locals a unique and elegant experience, we were especially concerned about preserving the environment while planning in the lush green setting.  Apart from the fact that the site's highly contoured western side gave us the chance to have Unique plots—after Covid there was an increase in demand for weekend homes which was a plus point.
